Hey hey! Good to hear, been head down and going slowly nuts here, need to jump back on Micro Mondays with you and shoot some 1/43s too. Less and less time lately. I think you were talking about you or your wife changing work, going ok?

My wife quit her job after Christmas to be home with the girls. Things at daycare were going badly. I’m pretty sure she’ll be out of business by May, which is good because she stopped caring about the best interest of the kids it seems last spring. It’s been a good change, definitely worth the lost income.

Start taking pictures of tiny cars again, it will help with your sanity :)

My wife also quit her job when we pulled our son out of daycare a few years back. It made things tight financially but was definitely the right decision.

Oh that’s right, the shitty daycare! So glad that’s over for you, hope that place craters. Good decision you two made, it ain’t easy but it’s worth having a parent home.

I agree on both counts :)

One of the other kids got pulled out of there this week. Her dad showed up to pick her up, and nobody was home. She had taken the kids to a doctor’s appointment for her son (who had a drivers license!) with no notification. He ripped her a new asshole and they’re done too.

There’s only three kids left now. One who is 5 and done in May, and twin babies who’s mom just had another baby. I think that’ll be all, it’s not like any of us are going to refer new business to her.
